1. Data We Collect

ADHDaily collects and stores the following data to provide the service:

• Tasks, focus sessions, thoughts, and mood entries you create
• Account information (email address, display name) if you choose to link an account
• App settings and theme preferences
• Anonymous usage identifiers for authentication

We do NOT collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking data.

2. How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in two locations:

• On your device: App settings, theme preferences, and notification settings are stored locally.
• In the cloud: Tasks, focus sessions, thoughts, and account profile data are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, a secure cloud database. This enables data persistence across device reinstalls and account recovery.

Data in Firestore is associated with your unique user ID and is only accessible by you.

3. Third-Party Services

ADHDaily uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: To create and manage user accounts (including anonymous sessions, Google Sign-In, and email/password authentication).
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: To securely store and sync your data.
• RevenueCat: To manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts through Google Play.

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

4. Authentication & Accounts

ADHDaily uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication by default. You can use the app without providing any personal information. Optionally, you may link a Google account or email address to protect your data across device changes.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• Signing out creates a new anonymous session; your linked account data remains accessible if you sign back in.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• To request complete deletion of your cloud data, contact us at the email below.
• Local-only data (settings, notification preferences) is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

6. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Internet access: Required for cloud data sync and authentication.
• Notifications: Optional, for daily task and focus session reminders.
• Exact alarms: Optional, for precise notification scheduling on Android 12+.

7. In-App Purchases

ADHDaily Pro is an optional subscription managed through Google Play and processed via RevenueCat. Purchase receipts are verified server-side. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled by Google Play.

8. Children's Privacy

ADHDaily is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
